The agency I work full-time for is looking for a front-end web dev to work on-site for 2-3 days a week at our office in River North of Chicago, Illinois.

The gig starts in a few weeks and we're open to all experience levels, but at a minimum you need to understand:

1. Web standards – we don't use tables, neither should you. If you don't understand how to use CSS, this gig isn't for you..
2. HTML email – okay, I lied, we do use tables here. Being able to create and test HTML emails that work across all major email platforms is the key.
3. Cross-browser development – almost everything we design/develop runs on modern browsers as well as older platforms. Most of our projects have to support IE6.
4. We're looking for someone who can work on-site – zero exceptions. Zero.

Experience with content management systems (WordPress, ExpressionEngine, Magento, others) is a big plus; but mostly we need help slicing, dicing, and putting the pieces together to pass along to other developers working on projects.
